Whats Included One-off repair charge
Your repair can be carried out for an One-off repair charge of +VAT (Parts are charged separately, if required.)
No time limits - Our One-off repair charge includes no time limits for your visit and covers as many repeat visits required.
12 months’ guarantee - 12 months parts and labour guarantee for the repaired fault only.
Free safety check - Full testing and a professional safety check.
Secure Payment - You pay only when the job is done. It's safe, secure and fast.
100% Happy - We live for happy customers. If things go wrong, we put them right. Simple.
Whats Not Included
If your engineer needs additional parts or materials to do the job, these will be charged extra and we ask you to pay for them separately before they leave.

What if my appliance can’t be fixed?
Only pay for the diagnostic service
Diagnostic Fee
Once the engineer has arrived at the destination and performed a diagnosis of the problem, you will be charged a diagnostic fee of £40 excluding VAT; this will be regardless of whether you agreed for the repair to be carried out or not.
Other faults during warranty period?
If your appliance develops another fault, you’ll have to pay for diagnostic, labour and parts (if needed).
Can I change or cancel my booking?
It’s easy to change or cancel your booking on your bookings page.
Our Disposal services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse to collect any item we believe constitutes a health and safety risk to our employees, or anyone working on our behalf. We do not offer disposal services for American style fridge freezers.

All our vehicles carry a range of fast moving spares to facilitate a first visit repair as this is more cost effective to the company and more convenient to our customers.

We normally book appointments with a 2 hour window of time, this would include a courtesy phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Most spare parts take 2-3 days to arrive in stock if UK held, 10-14 days from Europe, some manufacturers offer a next day delivery service for an extra fee.

In the event that your appliance is deemed to be beyond economical repair we will charge you the diagnostic fee only which is £40.
